Let’s connect. We’ll hop on a call or video chat to talk through your story, your celebration, and what matters most to you. This helps us make sure we’re the perfect fit, and I’ll create a tailored estimate based on your needs.
STEP 03/
Make it official. Once your contract is signed and the 50% retainer is paid, your date is locked in. From here, I’ll guide you through timelines, shot lists, and all the little details—making the planning process smooth and stress-free.

I am based in Portland, OR but I offer destination wedding photography anywhere you want your special day! From the coast of Seaside to Bend, and beyond. I often photograph weddings all over the PNW and absolutely LOVE destination weddings.
Of course! Knowing your photographers style in every type of scenario will ensure there's no doubt in your mind we'll be a good fit. When we chat about YOUR day, I'll send you galleries that are more related to the style of wedding you're going for.
Travel fees depend on your kind of celebration. Some couples want multi-day coverage, and some just want the biggest moments of the wedding day! In general, I charge minimum travel fees beyond 60 miles of Portland for a one night day and/or car travel.
If your celebration is not local to Oregon, my expenses will include a roundtrip flight, hotel stay for 2-5 nights, depending on the amount of coverage you select and where we're going, and transportation. I will provide a custom, inclusive quote with travel prior to booking.
If I am still new to your venue, I will take a tour prior to the wedding day. It's important to me that I know the space well and have photo locations and angles in mind before the special day. If I cannot tour the venue before the date, I show up very early, usually the day before, to get a good view of the space before the event.
I deliver around 80-100 images per hour of shooting. Every session and wedding is unique, so I do not like to place a minimum or maximum on my weddings. It truly depends on the venue space, the events of the day, how much coverage you've selected, and all of the moments that take place. I only deliver the best photos and won't leave any of the important moments out!
I send you all of your photos in an online gallery that you can share with whomever you like. There's also a print shop included in this gallery for you to print your favorites from the weekend!
Editing is a process, but I do prioritize your gallery over anything else. I want your photos to make it to you in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality or care. For weddings and elopements, you'll have the full gallery within 6-8 weeks, with sneak peeks being delivered within a week. For other sessions, like engagements, portraits, and more, you'll have your full gallery within 4 weeks.
I totally get it. I’m not comfortable in front of the camera either, so trust me when I say, I get you. My job is to make you feel relaxed, natural, and genuinely yourself. I’ll guide you with easy prompts to create movement and connection, never stiff poses or forced moments (unless you have a MUST pose that you've always wanted). When it’s time to let things unfold naturally, I’ll step back and capture the real, candid magic as it happens. Every image is composed with intention and artistry, but always rooted in truth. None of the couples you see on my website are models, just real people who trusted me with their story.
Yes! Payments are automatically set up in my booking schedule. There is a non-refundable retainer to book your date, and beyond that we split your payments into 1-3 additional installments, depending on package and preference.
I backup every single photo to 5 different locations at once. I take photos to 2 SD cards while I'm shooting, I store all images on 2 separate hard drives, my cloud storage, and the edited images stay on a cloud for you for 2 years. Losing your images is something I will NOT let happen, no matter what I do.
Yes! I have a lovely list of recommended vendors I've worked with that I can share with you. And if you want different recommendations or help otherwise, I will help find THE vendors for you. I'm happy to take some weight off of your shoulders any chance I get.
